Cancellation & refund policy

The $300 deposit is non-refundable. If you paid in full, your balance is fully refundable up to August 23, 2026. After August 23rd, the balance is non-refundable unless your spot can be filled by another registrant. Sylvanheart reserves the right to cancel the retreat due to insufficient enrollment, in which case a full refund will be issued.
